LEADERSHIP

Mike Harsch is the President of Douglas Steel Fabricating Corporation, a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. He is responsible for overseeing the company operations in accordance with the strategic plans, coordinating all company activities and ensuring the company’s performance is achieved with exceptional customer satisfaction. Mike previously held the position of Vice President and Sales Manager. Mike has more than 35 years’ experience in the Steel industry working in various positions as Detailer, Detailing Manager, Estimator and Project Manager.

Laurie Keener is the Controller of Douglas Steel Fabricating Corporation. She is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Laurie joined the firm in 2007. She has over 30 years of construction accounting experience. She oversees all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Cost, Payroll and HR Employee Benefits.

Charles Dunn is the Plant Superintendent of Douglas Steel Fabricating Corporation. He is a member of the Board of Directors. Charles joined the firm in 2007. He has the overall responsibility for all Shop Production, Scheduling and Personnel. He previously held the position as a Welder, Head of Maintenance, Shipping and Receiving Foreman and Assistant Plant Manager.
